3. Project Agreements

For all video production and creative projects, a separate project agreement or contract will be provided outlining:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Project timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Revision policies
• Ownership and usage rights

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. General payment policies include:

• A deposit may be required before project commencement
• Progress payments may be scheduled for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the project agreement

5. Intellectual Property

Client Materials

You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us for use in your project (logos, images, content, etc.). You represent that you have the right to use these materials.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the final deliverables as specified in your project agreement. NView Media retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Raw Footage

Unless specifically included in your project agreement, raw footage and project files remain the property of NView Media.

6. Revisions and Changes

Revision policies are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A specified number of revision rounds are included in project pricing
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Significant scope changes may require a revised project agreement

7. Cancellation Policy

Project cancellation terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Deposits may be non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and resources allocated.

8. Limitation of Liability

NView Media provides services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and project details. We will not share confidential information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:
